1. Your Ownership of Data

You retain full ownership of all student records, notes, and summaries you enter into IntelliTutor. You may export or delete your records at any time.

2. Acceptable Use & Student Privacy

You agree to record only educational observations relevant to tutoring and to avoid storing sensitive government identifiers, medical records, or payment information in student notes.

3. Service Availability & Rate Limits

To keep IntelliTutor free for educators, on-demand AI weekly summary generation is rate-limited to 10 requests per hour per tutor account. Session note logging via web and Telegram has no rate limits.
